Goat Milk Facts

Goat milk has many amazing benefits that makes it a good alternative to other dairy products. From using it on your skin, to drinking fluid milk, you might be surprised to learn how goat milk can help you.

For the Skin

Alpha-hydroxy Acids:
Goat milk is a great natural source for alpha-hydroxy acids, such as lactic acid, that help to remove dead skin cell. These acids break down the bonds between the dead skin cells, allowing them to easily and gently be washed away and replaced by younger skin cells. This will leave your skin feeling younger, smoother, and healthier without the use of chemicals or harsh additives.

Vitamins:
Goat milk is high in Vitamins A, B, C, and D, which are all wonderful for your skin. Vitamin A and B6 in particular are necessary for the body to repair damaged skin and maintain healthy skin. It has been shown to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles, control acne and provide relief from skin conditions such as psoriasis. It is also rich in niacin, which helps to protect your skin from sun damage.

Cream:
The fat molecules in milk are perhaps the most immediately noticeable benefit to our goat milk soap. Water-based soaps will often leave your skin feeling dry after use, but the fat molecules in our goat milk help to seal in your skin's moisture. Your skin will feel softer and smoother after each use, which is great for dry, chapped hands in those winter months, drying skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema, and just for everyday use.
